Orange Chicken

オレンジチキン。「揚げないパンダ風☆オレンジチキン」を参考にしました。油は全く使っていないのに、ちゃんとからっと焼きあがり、皮がから揚げのようにカリカリでした。嬉しいっ！

I've been wanting to make "Panda Express Orange Chicken" without deep-frying the meat. I got some idea from this Japanese recipe and made my first orange chicken with drumsticks. Oven-baking with _NO OIL_ worked very well. The skin was so golden and crispy!
