ツルピカふわふわハンバーグI was so proud this tasted pretty good without eggs or panko (wheat), but again, the kids didn't care. :( I've never heard of Japanese kids who don't love hamburg steaks!
The original recipe was from Quality of Life by JUNA, but to make it egg & wheat free, I made these changes:
- Instead of consommé, I simply used salt to knead the ground beef
- Instead of an egg, I used Egg Replacer
- I omitted panko
