Honey Creme Syrup Bread

I was looking for honey at Safeway the other day and found this thing called honey creme syrup instead. I immediately thought of baking bread with it and decided to buy a bottle. Honey is quite expensive nowadays anyway, isn't it? I'm so glad I tried the syrup! The bread turned out so tall and beautiful.

Ingredients:
bread flour (375g)
soy milk (230g)
one egg
honey creme syrup (75g)
salt (4g)
Smart Balance (45g)
1 tsp. yeast

Spaghetti with Grilled Chicken & Marinated Veggies

Cheese Top French

I sprinkled some leftover cheese on top, and this turned out to be one of the BEST bread I've ever made. It was sooo YUMMY! Was completely sold out during dinner. Feeling proud of myself tonight. :D

Ingredients
bread flour (200g)
cake flour (50g)
water (175g)
shredded cheese (120g)
salt (5g)
sugar (8g)
3/4 tsp. yeast

Put all the ingredients except for cheese into the pan. Right before the bread machine goes into the "Bake" cycle, sprinkle all the cheese onto the bread dough. I used "Mexican Mix" shredded cheese this time, but I'm sure pretty much any kind would work.
