Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

An egg-free/dairy-free/peanut-free 10" red velvet cake with dairy-free cream cheese frosting and filling by Let Them Eat Cake, The Allergy-Friendly Patisserie for Pingu's brother's and father's birthdays. Dairy & Egg-Free Lasagna

Dairy & Egg-Free Lasagna with ground chicken. Made white sauce with soy milk and Japanese consomé. It was a hit!

Ingredients:
bread flour (335g)
white whole wheat flour (40g)
water (255g)
salt (5g)
sugar (30g)
vegan butter (20g)
cooked brown rice (60g)
yeast (4g)

10 lb. of Organic Cherries



We picked close to 10 lb. of cherries from one of our trees in the backyard. There were so many that even OXO's biggest (5 qt.) mixing bowl couldn't hold all the cherries!

Noodle in Ginger Broth


When I feel like I'm coming down with a cold/flu, I make this broth with chicken bones, LOTS OF ginger and green onions. The next day, I have it again with some noodle. Simple and tasty.
