Brown Rice & Whole Wheat Bread

玄米プチプチ全粒粉パン

Wow, this bread tasted so much better than I'd expected, and everybody loved it. :d

Ingredients:
bread flour (335g)
white whole wheat flour (40g)
water (255g)
salt (5g)
sugar (30g)
vegan butter (20g)
cooked brown rice (60g)
yeast (4g)
