I made this for Pingu's relatives, but they said kimchi was a bit too powerful for them.

I know this is not 100% authentic (for instance, I don't feel comfortable dropping a "raw" American egg yolk), but we're pretty happy this way. I forgot to serve it with gochujang though. Oops.
