Angel Hair Pasta with Spicy Pollock Roe Sauce

This is something I get to eat only when I have lunch alone... which hasn't happened often for a long time until very recently. With two older kids at school and the baby sound asleep, this was the perfect opportunity today. Although I usually have this sauce with spaghetti, I thought I'd try it angel hair pasta. It was pretty good. :d
